The accounting assistant carries out the administrative and accounting management operations (recording of entries, cash flow monitoring, invoicing, administrative management of personnel, typing of quotes, etc.) of a company according to the rules of general accounting. He/she can also produce accounting summary documents and design tools for monitoring the company's activity.
"After obtaining my BTS in accounting, I immediately found a job in my region. After 2 years of experience in my company, I learned a lot, particularly by supporting my line manager in all of his missions. Today, I am in charge of the administrative and accounting management of the department, I manage invoices, contacts with customers and suppliers and I monitor the treasury. You have to be very rigorous and organized to do this job. I have the prospect of one day becoming the accounting referent for my company."
