Cartonnerie Gondardennes continues to innovate to make corrugated cardboard an even more efficient material, meeting ever more diverse needs in terms of resistance, safety, shaping, reliability, communication, etc.
PRODUCT
Specialty sheets: while mini, micro and nano-flutes (E, F and G flutes) are not new, Cartonnerie Gondardennes offers the widest range on the market with availability within 1 or even 2 weeks. This range is experiencing a resurgence of interest in that it can be an alternative to solid cardboard with a density 2x lower for the same level of performance in terms of strength and printability. Indeed, the excellent flatness of corrugated cardboard makes it possible to produce direct digital and flexographic prints on corrugated cardboard, the quality of which is close to that of offset. Nano-flute therefore tends to compete with flat cardboard.

New paper tear strip:
Cartonnerie GONDARDENNES is the first French industrial site to offer sheets and packaging with a paper tear strip: Tesa® 51344. Our new paper-based tear strip is designed to allow the opening of most single-corrugated cardboard boxes and thick envelopes.
This new tear strip makes recycling easier: the strip can be recycled directly with the packaging and does not need to be separated during the repulping process. Tesa® 51344 is FSC® certified.
Packaging for dry and non-greasy, moist and/or greasy food contact : we offer a whole range of corrugated cardboard packaging that optimally guarantees the transport and storage of food products in compliance with current hygiene standards in accordance with BfR recommendations.
