ISO 9001 defines the criteria applicable to a quality management system. This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, management motivation and commitment, the process approach and continuous improvement.
ISO 22000 (currently being certified) defines the requirements for a food safety management system.
ISO 50001 proposes practical ways of improving energy performance through the implementation of an energy management system.
The FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) label guarantees consumers that timber products come from sustainably managed forests. FSC® principles include respect for international treaties, the rights of indigenous peoples, forest workers and local communities. Respect for the biological diversity of ecosystems and the environment in general is also a central concern, in particular (restoration and conservation of natural forests). Cartonnerie Gondardennes has been a pioneer in the use of this label in the packaging sector since 2011.
