The feminization of industrial professions.

On March 14, Cartonnerie Gondardennes will welcome Sophie Pagès, sub-prefect of the Saint-Omer district, on the theme of “ the feminization of industrial professions »

The Communauté d'Agglomération du Pays de Saint Omer (CAPSO) has been working for 5 years with the association "Capital Filles" so that professionals sponsor young girls in their final year of high school. The objective: to help them with their orientation but also to support them in gaining confidence and open-mindedness. The association brings together around twenty sponsors of young girls from the Lycée Blaise Pascal.
