Mastering the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company in which he/she operates, the quality manager knows how to compare customer expectations with his/her quality and performance objectives. He/she ensures that the products manufactured rigorously meet the established quality standards.
"My role is crucial in the company because I bring the staff together around the same culture that guarantees the quality and conformity of the products. Consequently, my mission is to raise awareness among employees, particularly on the importance of quality controls, and to inform them about the procedures in place. I also carry out internal audits, which I really appreciate because it allows me to have time to talk with the staff and to get to know each person's job well."
