Sales assistants
The sales assistant, sales administration is a key player in the company's sales team. Their main mission is to ensure the administrative processing of customer files. This includes, among other things, managing customer-supplier relationships, recording and tracking orders.
"I arrived 8 years ago. When I saw all these people on the phone, this dynamism, the lively atmosphere, I loved it, it was exactly what I wanted to do. And since then, I still love it. It's different every day, there are nice customers, angry ones, loyal ones... I love this connection with the customer, it's alive. In addition, working with paper, we learn all the time. It's a very wide and very rich range. Now, I train new arrivals. I like to pass on my knowledge and I think I've found my vocation."
